As we role into Fall, there is also another season nearing. Election season! Over the next few months, you’ll be encouraged to attend a variety of events to help educate you on what will be on the November 6, 2018 and December 8, 2018 ballots. In the meantime, we want to make sure all of our members and followers confirm they are registered to vote. It’s easy and can be done online!
The deadline to register to vote for the November 6th election is October 9, 2018. Don’t miss your chance to register to vote!

Worried about jury duty? It’s the number one reason people don’t register to vote when asked. Jury duty pools in Louisiana are actually a combined pool of voter registration, DMV records (including license and auto title info), utility records, tax records, and disability records. If you already have a driver’s license, you can be called for jury duty. Might as well sign up to vote!
