Leadership Institute of Acadiana Branding RFP Announcement

The Leadership Institute of Acadiana (LIA) has reached a pivotal moment in our history as an organization. Throughout its 32-year history, the Leadership Institute of Acadiana has been through several changes and has seen recent growth, including hiring the organization’s first full-time staff member. Initially only offering one program, LIA branched out beyond Leadership Lafayette to include additional programming (Junior Leadership) and community events, especially in more recent years (Intro Lafayette and Acadiana OnBoard). We expect that growth to continue, and we wish to leverage this time of change to solidify our voice in the community.

To mark that growth, we are seeking an innovative firm with experience working with nonprofits, the ability to be nimble, the knowledge to deploy a brand with limited resources, an in-depth understanding developing a digital presence – including social media, newsletters, event marketing, etc. – and the ability to craft inspirational stories.

Interested partners should review the full Request for Proposals. LIA anticipates the following schedule:

August 20 – Release of RFP
August 30 – Letter of Intent due via email by 5 pm
September 4 – Questions due by email before 1 pm
September 12 – Answers to questions emailed to respondents
September 20 – Proposals due via email by 1 pm
Week of 9/30- Selected respondents scheduled for presentation
On or around October 7– winning vendor notified
